Renovation project in Compte Urgell, Barcelona

One of the projects that we present in this edition is an integral renovation of an old apartment located in the Eixample district of Barcelona.

Through this integral renovation, the architect Vera S. Guasch has offered a second life to this house, creating open spaces and improving the traditional distribution.

The biggest problem of this house was its labyrinthine service space. By restructuring the spaces, Vera S. Guasch managed to create functional, cozy and bright rooms, avoiding as much as possible the corridors distributors and gaining as much space as possible to the rooms.

Initially the floor was divided into a day and night area, connected by a long corridor with a large unused space. The architect proceeded to narrow this space in order to enlarge the rooms.

Highlights in this renovation, the new kitchen by the black color of its furniture, which allows to give elegance and sophistication to the whole house.

We can not overlook the renovation of the bathrooms whose materials and equipment have been carefully selected. Indeed, in this project Sanycces has been trusted to equip the most intimate room of the house: the en suite bathroom of the master bedroom.

Sanycces Rondo washbasins are the perfect protagonist of the dressing table in oak finish. Its white matte finish and rounded geometry allow to bring warmth and freshness to the bathroom.

In short, we are facing a successful integral renovation which has achieved the necessary comfort to live better.
