Renovation of Vila-real house

The project we present to you below is a comprehensive reform of a house located in Villa-real. Initially the house had a very old style with closed spaces without lights or visuals due to the structure of the house itself with a facade of 5m and a depth of 42m.

The challenge of this reform was to transform the different spaces in wide and open rooms, with the absolute protagonism of the light.

This challenge has been overcome by the architectural studio Font Arquitectura and the interior design studio Estudio Vitale, who created, through this integral reform, spaces full of light, charm and functionality with a contemporary and welcoming design.

This house has undergone a total transformation, including the modification of its structure, facades and interior volumes.

Among the most notable changes, we highlight the reform of the three toilets and two bathrooms of the house with Sanycces products.

The bathrooms are the rooms in the house that are most used, rooms that have to be comfortable and practical. That is why Font Arquitectura and Estudio Vitale chose to equip them with high quality products that fit perfectly with the coverings of each room.

The courtesy bathroom on the ground floor was equipped with our Cardiff washbasin in Solid Sanycces with a custom-made sink that fits ideally into the available space between the walls. In the main floor bathroom, refurbished with microcement and stoneware, the Artana sink in Solid Sanycces was installed to bring warmth to the room.

In the main bathroom of the house, two Rust washbasins were installed in Solid Sanycces, lacquered with Sanycoat, in sand tones that combine perfectly with the porcelain tiling of the room. In the second bathroom of the house, destined to be used by the girls of the family, our Rondo washbasins in Sanydur Gel Coat were used to combine with the style of the area. Finally, the attic of the house was equipped with our Kaliya washbasin in Solid Sayccess.

The final result could not be more spectacular. With the reform of this house, we have achieved wider and much more luminous spaces. It is worth noting that Estudio Vitale was, thanks to this reform, a finalist in the "Life is for Living" Awards, Living Ceramics, 2018. In short, we are facing a wonderful reform that offers us a real lesson in interior design.
