This Management defines its Quality, Environmental and Social Policy as a guide for action in the performance of its activities in the design and manufacture of bathroom equipment and with the aim of carrying out all work:
▪ with the highest level of quality.
▪ minimise negative environmental impacts
▪ ensure the well-being of the company’s personnel and stakeholders during the performance of its activities.
All of this in compliance with the legal regulations in force in Spain and the European Union, and to implement continuous improvement in all three areas.
This policy will seek to involve all parties related to the life cycle of the product.
The Integrated Management Model implemented by Sanycces Design S.L.U, which is oriented towards maximum customer satisfaction, is based on the following principles:
▪ Complying with the requirements agreed with the client, in particular those related to the technical specifications of the provision of its services and their execution deadlines.
▪ To ensure compliance with the requirements derived from the regulations and standards applicable to our activity, and in particular, those related to environmental and social impacts.
▪ To continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system implemented in our organisation, aimed at achieving greater customer satisfaction, through the periodic evaluation of the results and environmental aspects derived from our activity.
▪ To maximise efficiency in all production and service activities.
▪ To motivate all Sanycces Design S.L.U. personnel in the fulfilment of their functions and responsibilities.
▪ To ensure the material and human resources of Sanycces Design S.L.U. so that the activities can be carried out optimally.
▪ To optimise the resources allocated to production, minimising energy consumption and promoting the use of alternative products that respect the environment, whenever technically feasible.
▪ To provide the necessary measures to protect the environment, prevent and reduce pollution and environmental impacts derived from the activities carried out directly by Sanycces Design S.L.U or other subcontracted companies that carry out their work on behalf of the company.
To provide the necessary measures to assess and improve the healthiness of work spaces. To optimise working methods in order to improve the ergonomics of each workstation.
To raise the awareness of our staff, users, suppliers and other collaborators of the principles contained in this Policy, promoting training and the establishment of good environmental practices.
